Computer Network Administrator job / work in Melbourne?

I have over 3 years of LAN Administration experience, Certified MCSE+I, have taken MCSE 2000 and Cisco CCNA classes. I’m working towards a bachelors degree in possibly electrical engineering… what would be the most benificial degree to posess in the computer network administration field of work?
Also does anybody know what the job market looks like in Melbourne, FL for this type of work?

Computer Science and Electrical Engineering are good, but most schools have Information Systems as a degree program now. Information Systems or Information Technology is the best major if you are looking to just be a network admin.
