What is the different between Multi-server and Single server selection?

200 computers is not a small business…more medium.
Your question has too many unknown variables. What is the server used for? How much traffic is there? How is the network segmented? Internal vs external bandwidth requirements?
A single server can act in this role with limited use, or you may need a few job specific servers. If you needed a cluster, you most likely would know this already.
